PRIMA ONE

Table 128 with Chef Lynn Pritchard featuring Fulldraw Vineyard

The Fulldraw philosophy is a perfect match for a dinner at Table 128. Started in Paso Robles in 2012, Connor McMahon understood that with its limestone soils and cooling maritime influences, this was a place where the Rhone varieties he loved would thrive. Following organic practices, Fulldraw aims to create a sustainable and healthy environment that translates into beautifully balanced wines that fully express the unique place that is their home.

And no one can make you feel at home like Chef Lynn and Sarah can. Enjoy an evening with their incredible hospitality and impeccable pairings in a warm and inviting atmosphere. It will be an evening that is sure to be full of meaningful memories (with cookies, of course).

PRIMA TWO

Splash with Chef Dominic Iannarelli featuring BV

If want an opportunity to try incredible wines with innovative and over the top courses; look no further than this experience with Splash. Paired with Beaulieu Vineyardthis year, this lively evening will certainly break into your list of top 10 meals.

Beaulieu Vineyard, founded by George de Latour in the heart of Napa Valley’s premiere Rutherford Appellation, has been making wine continuously for 121 years. Much of Napa Valley’s early fame for Cabernet rested upon the tutelage of George de Latour and later André Tchelistcheff, as they brought the art of French wine making and an understanding of terroir to the US.

André released Napa Valley’s first “cult wine” in 1941, the 1936 George de Latour Private Reserve. BV is still crafting this wine today. Chef Dom and the team at Splash are known for always going above and beyond, and you will have the opportunity to taste two vintages of this spectacular wine.

PRIMA THREE

Alba with Chef Matt Small featuring Mayacamus Winery

Founded in 1889, Mayacamas stands as one of the most storied vineyards and wineries in Napa Valley.  Although their international fame began with their 1971 vintage Cabernet Sauvignon being entered in The Judgement of Paris, they continue to create cult status wines by focusing on tradition and quality.

The team at Alba and the local growers they work with are drawing inspiration from their memories and cravings during the quarantine. As we take the first baby step into summer, many of us are taking the first steps out of our homes for the first time in a year and a theme of re-emergence runs from course to course. This dinner will reflect on the Spring lost and celebrate the Summer we return. Foraged spring vegetables preserved for menus never realized alongside tender, young roots and greens just starting to break the surface of the soil.

PRIMA FOUR

Chef Derek Eidson with Django featuring a selection of Spanish wines in the Malo Private Dining Room

There’s sure to be intrigue and excitement when you mix the energy of Malo with the culinary creations of Chef Derek and the Django team. Aromatic white wines reminiscent of the high-altitude wines of Alto-Adige, will be highlighted by with seafood and Iberco ham. Wines from the Ribera del Duero region, akin to big Napa cabs and the super Tuscans of Italy, inspire pairings with wood-roasted meats and game. Prepare to have your expectations of Spanish wine exceeded with interesting selections paired with a fun and approachable menu with familiar ingredients prepared in unexpected ways.

PRIMA FIVE

Aposto with Chef Shawn Bennigsdorf featuring Materra Cunat Family Vineyards

Start your evening sipping in the Aposto garden and then move inside the 1880 Victorian mansion to enjoy Chef Shawn’s pairings with Materra-Cunat Family Vineyards. Materra-Cunat is a 50-acre estate nestled along the Napa River in the Oak Knoll District of Napa Valley is owned by the Cunat Family and the wines are crafted by 3rd generation winemaker Chelsea Barrett. Their focus is on making premium, estate-grown wines made traditionally at a state-of-the-art winery built in 2015.
