Your favorite wine just might be the one that you blend yourself! Please join us for a fabulous experience in a blending seminar led by Founder of Component Wines, Michael Kennedy. Taste samples of the Component Petit Verdot, Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot. Learn how to identify certain flavors and aromas in wine, and the components of what each varietal can bring to a blend. Then we’ll spend time as “winemakers” and experience what goes into crafting the perfect blend! Each duo will craft the blend together. Cheese plate and chocolates from Splash will accompany the experience.
